What it is

NADOVO is a brand for AI compliance aimed at mid-market companies in the DACH region: consulting from audit to rollout, a platform component, a fractional AI officer as a service, and training for teams. The methodology runs in five steps, from Discover through Define, Assess, and Implement to Monitor.

The whole positioning revolves around the EU AI Act and the question of how to introduce AI in a company without running into legal risk. The brand is operated by CONTORO SOLUTIONS OÜ, based in Tallinn. Jochen Stier is the public face.

My role

I supported Jochen on the visual side: brand direction, the look of the website, image language. Jochen sets the editorial line. Where it made sense I weighed in on tone and clarity of the message.

What made the project interesting

AI compliance is a market that usually sells through fear: penalty thresholds, fines, worst-case scenarios. NADOVO deliberately does not go that route. The product is structure and guidance instead. Pulling that off in the design, meaning showing that this is serious work without slipping into dramatic visuals, was the actual exercise.
